Deb's Street Food Company is the result of the shared passion of two individuals, Debdutta Gupta and Anshul Anand, both born and raised in India.
DEB
Equipped with a culinary foundation , he pursued a master's at the renowned Paul Bocuse Institute in 2016 , deepening his skills. Enchanted by the French affinity for Indian cuisine, he founded Deb's Bistro in Lyon in 2019, laying the groundwork for Deb's Street Food Company. The fusion of his passion for authentic Indian flavors and French experiences gave birth to a distinctive vision.
ANSHUL
With a Masters in International Business and 18 years of expertise in sales and operations, Anshul, our co-founder, is the driving force behind our brand. Bonding over a shared passion for food, Anshul expertise in scaling and operations management was instrumental in bringing this concept to life.
Together, they embarked on this exciting adventure to reinvent Indian street food in the most fashionable and distinctive way possible.
